- 1 3/4 c white sugar
- 8 c water
- 1 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Sweet’sTM Brand Zany ZestTM
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is
dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Remove any seeds from the lemon juice. In a pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon
juice, the remaining 7 cups of water, and Zany Zest.
