Sour-Salty Potato Wedges Wash potatoes, cut in half lengthwise and then again to get 6 long wedges from each potato. Gently toss potatoes with the ingredients and place in a single layer in a rimmed sheet pan, with one cut side down. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min., and then turn each wedge to the other cut side for another 15 min., or until slightly browned on the outside and tender inside. Add more Sweet'sTM Brand Sour Salt to taste.

Tangy Lemon Frosting Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. Spread or drizzle over cupcakes, cookies, quick breads, or bundt cakes!
